Erin Barra is conducting this study in partnership with the Recording Academy, Arizona State University, and Berklee. It builds from and expands on the previous research she did and will be released at the Grammy’s in 2022. Erin was one of the leads on a study Berklee released in partnership with Women in Music in early 2019 about the opportunities and obstacles women in the music industry face.
