MISSION

Through advocacy, support and education, the Alliance for Women Film Composers aims to:

AdvocaTE for the inclusion of women AND gender diverse composers in industry events.
SUPPORT filmmakers, game developers, and studios in hiring women composers.
EDUCATE, MENTOR, AND INSPIRE emerging women composers.
PROMOTE inclusivity for women, trans women, femme-identifying, non-binary, and genderqueer composers.

Our organization was founded by and for women composers.
